Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to unblockedfinance.com and any replacement or associated domain operated under the Unblocked Finance brand by MUELLER INVESTMENT LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website is directed primarily at businesses and professional users. A consultation request is an invitation to discuss a potential engagement; it does not create a formal advisory relationship, mandate, agency, fiduciary duty or obligation to provide services. Any paid work requires a separate written engagement.
Information only. No regulated advice
Website content is general information about banking and payment infrastructure. It is not legal, tax, regulatory, investment, credit or financial advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to acquire a financial product or use a particular regulated provider.
You must obtain independent professional advice where your situation requires it. Nothing on the website should be used to evade sanctions, anti money laundering controls, licensing requirements, provider rules or any other legal obligation.
Independent providers and no guaranteed outcome
Banks, acquirers, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, processors and other partners are independent third parties. References to a “network”, “access”, “partner” or “relationship” do not mean we own, control, represent or can bind that provider.
Every provider controls its own risk appetite, due diligence, onboarding, reserves, pricing, transaction monitoring and termination decisions. We do not guarantee acceptance, an account opening, processing capacity, pricing, timing, uninterrupted service or the success of any transaction.
Provider products, rules and risk appetite can change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing the provider’s own contract before using its services.
Referral compensation and conflicts
We may receive a referral fee, introduction fee, revenue share or volume based compensation from selected providers. This is a potential conflict of interest. A material commercial relationship relevant to a proposed introduction will be disclosed before that introduction. Unless separately agreed in writing, the free consultation does not require you to accept an introduced provider.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information, to disclose material facts relevant to underwriting, and to operate only lawful activity. You may not use the website or our introductions to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlicensed activity, prohibited goods or services, or misrepresentation to a provider.
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, or reproduce our materials for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property and links
The website, branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to MUELLER INVESTMENT LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Limited personal and internal business use is permitted; no ownership rights transfer to you.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for external websites, products, security, availability or privacy practices.
Website availability and changes

Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a user another forum or protection that cannot be waived.
